Thanksgiving 2010 cont.

So after our long journey we had a pretty restless nights sleep (thanks to an over tired little girl) and woke up ready for a day in beautiful Vermont! I was a little worried that Sophia would be shy and scared with all the people around..but she clearly had NO issues with that!

She loves Auntie Jul :)

And her Papa!

Adam, Tanya and baby Emma even stopped in for a visit!

After that we went for a quick trip the Grandma Alma and Grandpa Phil's for Tays Bday dinner..But Sophia again was a little wore out!

We had a nice dinner at grama and gramps, and then Tay cut the cake! Can't believe he's 17 already!! Happy Birthday Tay!

The next day we woke up and did a few of the great Paini Thanksgiving traditions...had a nice roaring fire, some warm gooey Monkey bread, and watched the Macy's day Parade in our jammies  :) Then we all got ready and headed over to April's sisters for a great Thanksgiving!

Sophia was great, she had a blast with all the kids there. Emma of course was her favorite :) It was so nice having all the family around since its been so long, and there are so many new editions!
Sweet girls!!

Uncle Alan, making fun of Papa's scarf :)
Of course what would Thanksgiving be without boys wrestling...

Its always funny when Chris gets his butt beat!

Grama found Sophia's tickle spot!

Sophia and Daddy being silly :)

It was a great day with tons of family and tons of food! Everything was delicious...and according to Uncle Alan there were even some disappearing pies! We all slept good that night, that's for sure!! The next day we got up early and headed to the good ol' Sugarhouse for some breakfast before getting on the road home.
Just another BEAUTIFUL view of Vermont that makes me wanna have a vacation house there!

Jake putting our pin in for Aubrey, TX!

Jake and Emma :) She is the happiest baby!

Everyone at the Sugarhouse!

Adam and I...yes i was bigger than him for a long time. No more of that i guess! :)

The Whole Paini Crew!! (Well, the Wayne and Alan crew anyways)
We had such a wonderful time visiting with Family. It makes me so happy and thankful that i have such a large and loving family! The fact that we all still take the time to visit each other and come together on holidays is great, and i hope i instill that in my children too. I am so glad that we went to Vermont to join in on Thanksgiving with the whole family, and i know I'll have these memories all my life :)
